Nollywood actor Yul Edochie has saluted his coworker Funke Akindele for being bold enough to stand for the gubernatorial choices.


Funke Akindele deleted everything politics related on her Instagram runner following her defeat during the choices. The PDP was defeated by the peremptory governor and All People Congress( APC) seeker, Babajide Sanwo- Olu.

Yul Edochie has taken to his runner to hail Funke Akindele for querying in this time’s choices.

 He further replied to Funke deleting all her political prints on her runner. According to Yul, those political prints would serve as scars that need to be worn with pride. And will also evidence went to battle and came back alive.

He wrote;

I want to compliment you for the bold political step you took, running for Deputy Governor of Lagos State.
You did great.

Of course, I ca n’t sit in my house and know your reason for doing so, neither is it my business.
But as a concerned coworker and friend I want to encourage you and through you encourage others out there.
