Twitter critic Daniel Regha has called out singer Iyanya.
Regha called out Iyanya for allegedly lusting after a lady he saw at Davido’s ‘Timeless’ concert.
According to Regha, the incident happened at the Davido’s concert in which Iyanya featured.
After the event, Iyanya tweeted about a lady who he tried so hard to ignore during his performance.
He said he had to muster all the courage to focus on his
performance but urged her to reveal herself in the comment section of
his post.
“One fineeee girl been Dey eye me yesterday @davido Timeless
Concert. I had to focus on the job, so this morning I come remember if
you are that fine girl report yourself now under this tweet, you wanted
to confuse me ha,” Iyanya tweeted.
Eventually, he found the lady’s photo online and posted her noting, “Update: e be like we don see the girl.”
But Regha, who considered Iyanya’s act lustful, chided him for
lacking self-restraint and criticised the online community for
dignifying such.
“Iyanya is lusting after a lady he saw at Davido’s concert,
& people are applauding like it’s a dignified thing; This may seem
like a cruise but it’s a big disrespect to the lady plus her partner (if
she’s in a relationship). It also proves that Iyanya doesn’t have
self-control,” the social media commentator said.
