Afrobeats Nigerian songster, Divine Ikubor, popularly known as Rema, has bared that he made his first million at 17 and handed it to his mama .
He said he'd to make that decision because his mama demanded the plutocrat further than him.
The Dumebi chorister bared this in a recent interview with Z100 New York.
He said he gave all the plutocrat to his mama .
Rema said, “ The person who I knew demanded it more was my mum. So, I handed everything I made to her. I know it was cool to drive around the megacity as a 17- time-old in a cool scourge. But I ca n’t drive a cool scourge when my mum did n’t have a auto or my mum has to adopt my keys. You know, I had to put her on first.
“ Passing all of that to her, whatever investment she makes I made my first million( naira) at 17 but I made further than a million. But it’s cool to be in that stage to be suitable to give( for your family). ”
The 24years old songster said his biggest achievement is being suitable to give for his family and produce openings for others.
He said, “ Someone created an occasion for me to bless the world this important. So, I ca n’t imagine how important the people I helped are going to bless the world. You know, I go hard not just for myself. I go hard for them. As doors open for me, I wan na open doors for them. ”
He added that his proudest moment was when suckers sang his song ‘ Calm Down ’ word- for- word during his performance in Australia last year.
