AY Comedian How I Lost N500m To Non-Smoking Nightclub Business


 

yodeji Makun, the notorious Nigerian funnyman, who's popularly known as AY, has made a stunning exposure.


He bared how he lost N500 million to anon-smoking café business.

AY said the café business crashed after investing N500 million into it.

The notorious funnyman made the exposure in a recent interview with media personality, Chude Jideonwo.

AY revealed that his woman had opposed the business idea but he failed to heed.

He said “ I woke up one day and I said to myself, ‘ it’s time to open a café ’, ‘ AY, if you can gather 6,000 people at Eko Hotel, what’s in a club that you ca n’t just gather 100 to 200 people buying drinks

“ I suppose God just wanted me to know that ‘ this bone isn't your calling ’, ‘ you are the bone calling yourself ’.

“ It's good to have the right mate, my woman was explosively against it. I said, ‘ No, it's good for networking and PR ’. roar out to all the guys who are doing it and getting it right.

“ But I allowed also that when I come, I'm just going take all of them out of the request. It was a huge investment running to about N500 million.

“ We put everything in place, the staff strength was solid, the interior was crazy and I'll go there every Friday, I'll look at the door and I'm not seeing people coming.

“ The opening was grand and massive. I started with anon-smoking club; I did n’t know that all these effects go together.

“ The wise bones will call me, and I'll tell them that occasionally when I take my woman to the club when we get back her hair will be smelling of bank, and women should have their hairpieces neat ’. Long story short, I saw my ‘ period ’, it was veritably bad, ” AY bared
