Governor Adeleke --- I Was Supposed To Be An Entertainer, They Forced Me To Go To School

Nigerian songster/ tunesmith, Ayra Starr has revealed that she graduated from the University at the age of 18.


According to the songster, she got into academy beforehand because her mama wasn't going to let her do music until she had a degree and she desperately wanted to be a teenage pop star.

She revealed that she has a degree in International relations and political wisdom and is presently planning on getting another bone .

In her words

“ I was 18 actually. So my mum said I had to go to academy first before she allowed me do any type of music. So it was academy first, academy first. I made sure I got into academy early cos I wanted to come a teenage pop star.

“ My thing was to come a teenage pop time so I knew I had to go to academy beforehand. So, I did my WAEC a time before I was supposed to graduate. I just tried it to be honest, I did n’t know if I was going to pass but I aced it you know. I aced it.

“ So I got into academy, I lessoned in Benin republic and I graduated from the uni when I was 18. My course was 3 times. I've a degree in transnational relations and Political wisdom. I ’m thinking of getting another one . I've been so lazy, I do n’t have the time but I ’m taking French assignment, piano assignments and music assignments. ”
