David Adeleke, the notorious Nigerian songster, who's popularly known as Davido, has talked about how his career began and how he his father tried hard to make him go to academy.
He reported how his billionaire pater
, Chief Adedeji Adeleke bought him to complete his degree program.
Davido graduated with a alternate- class upper degree from the Music Department of Babcock University in Osun State.
While featuring on the rearmost occasion of the 44 Amazon Music podcast, the songster revealed that he was forced to go back to the university after originally quitting to concentrate on his music career.
He revealed that his pater
entered a deal with him that if he attended lectures from Mondays to Fridays, he'd make him a world- class plant and give him finances to shoot music vids on weekends.
He said, “ He (my pater) said if I go to academy, he has a land not far; he'll make me a plant. But I should go to academy from Mondays to Fridays and on weekends, work in the plant. It was a world- class plant. He'll give me plutocrat to shoot some vids. ”
